| A. | Tickets are valid for all days of the show, so there is no need to register more than once. |

| Q. | When will I receive my badge and/or car park pass? |
| A. | You will receive a full pack at least a week prior to Pro-retail which will include your badge for yourself and any additional guests, plus any other information you need depending on what you specified on your registration form. If you are taking a free coach, you will be supplied with details about pick up times, alternatively if you are travelling by car, you will be sent your free car park pass. If you are on the 2 day 1 night mini-break you will also receive details about your accommodation and where it is located. |

| Q. | When will I receive my Gala Awards Dinner ticket? |
| A. | In order to receive your free Gala Awards Dinner ticket for Wednesday night, you must be booked onto the 2 day 1 night mini-break - as indicated on your registration form. You will be then issued with your ticket for the evening with the rest of your pack as detailed above. |

| Q. | How can I qualify for the Show Exclusives scheme? |
| A. | All deals are strictly only available to attendees who are Palmer and Harvey Ambient and Palmer and Harvey Chilled & Frozen independent customers. All pre-registered visitors will receive some literature prior to the show detailing all of the deals. You will then be able to pick up an order form at the show. Please note you must complete and hand in the order form at the show in order to qualify. |

| Q. | How do I become a Palmer and Harvey customer in order to qualify for the Show Exclusives scheme? |
| A. | Only independent retailers with a Palmer and Harvey account can qualify for the Show Exclusives scheme. In order to qualify, you need to contact your local branch to open an account before Pro-retail. Click here to find out your nearest branch. |

| Q. | How do I enter the prize draw? |
| A. | All independent retailers will automatically be entered into the prize draw on arrival at the show. The prizes will be drawn daily, with winners notified after the draw. Terms and Conditions apply. |
